- All data is transmitted via secure HTTPS (TLS) protocol
- Passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible to staff
- Client data is isolated at the application level

- Two-factor authentication (MFA) available for accounts
- User sessions have limited duration

The Service is hosted on reliable cloud infrastructure with high availability:

- Rate limiting to prevent abuse
5. Employee Access Restrictions
Employee access to client data is strictly limited:
- Access is granted only for technical support and troubleshooting purposes
- The number of personnel with access to personal data is restricted
- All data access actions are logged
6. Incident Notification
In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, we notify affected clients within a reasonable timeframe and take necessary measures to minimize the impact.
