  • All data is transmitted via secure HTTPS (TLS) protocol
  • Passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible to staff
  • Client data is isolated at the application level

Access to data is restricted and controlled:

  • Role-based access control (project owner, administrator)
  • Two-factor authentication (MFA) available for accounts
  • User sessions have limited duration

3. Infrastructure

The Service is hosted on reliable cloud infrastructure with high availability:

4. Monitoring and Logging

We monitor the security of the Service:

  • Error and incident monitoring
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse

5. Employee Access Restrictions

Employee access to client data is strictly limited:

  • Access is granted only for technical support and troubleshooting purposes
  • The number of personnel with access to personal data is restricted
  • All data access actions are logged

6. Incident Notification

In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, we notify affected clients within a reasonable timeframe and take necessary measures to minimize the impact.
