These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between the owner of the Auralix service (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") arising from the use of the Auralix service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
2. Registration and Account
Registration is required to use the full functionality of the Service. When registering, the User agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- The User is responsible for the security of their credentials
- Transfer of account access to third parties is prohibited
- In case of suspected unauthorized access, the Administration must be notified immediately
3. User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to:
- Use the Service functionality in accordance with these Terms
- Contact support for Service-related issues
- Delete their account at any time
The User agrees to:
- Comply with applicable laws
- Not use the Service for unlawful activities
- Not disrupt the Service or attempt unauthorized access
- Respect the rights of other users
4. Administration Rights and Obligations
The Administration has the right to:
- Modify Service functionality without prior notice
- Suspend or terminate User access for Terms violations
- Make changes to these Terms
The Administration agrees to:
- Ensure Service operability
- Protect User personal data
- Notify of significant changes to the Service
5. Intellectual Property
All Service materials, including design, logos, texts, and software code, are the intellectual property of the Administration and are protected by copyright law. Copying, distribution, or modification of materials without written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted Service operation and is not responsible for:
- Temporary Service interruptions
- Data loss due to User fault
- Actions of third parties
- Indirect damages related to Service use
7. Changes to Terms
The Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means agreement to the new Terms.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable RF legislation.
